The following is a transcription of the shipping paper for the ship Sally compiled at New Bedford on 14 November 1810. No crewlists have been found for this voyage.

Shipping Paper
IT is agreed between the Owner, Master, Seamen and Mariners of the Ship Sally of New Bedford Obed Clark master, now bound on a Whaling Voyage to the South Pacific Ocean

THAT in consideration of the Shares affixed to our Names, we the Seamen and Mariners, will perform a Whaling Voyage from New Bedford, and return to said New Bedford Promising hereby to obey the lawful commands of the said Master, or the other Officers of the said Ship Sally; and faithfully to do and perform the duty of Seamen as required by said Master, by night or by day, on board the said Ship Sally, or in her Boats; and on no account or pretence whatever, to go on Shore, without leave first obtained from the Master or Commanding Officer of said Ship Sally: Hereby engaging, that forty eight hours absence, without such leave, shall be deemed a total desertion. And in case of disobedience, neglect, pillage, embezzlement or desertion, the said Mariners do forfeit their Shares together with all thier Goods, Chattels, &c. on board said Ship Sally: Hereby for themselves, heirs, executors and administrators, renouncing all right and title to the same. And the Owner of said Ship Sally hereby promiseth, upon the above conditions, to pay the Sahres of [?] proceeds of all that shall be obtained during said Voyage, agreeable to the Shares set against the names of Seamen and Mariners of the said Ship Sally as soon after the return of said Ship to New Bedford as the Oil, or whatever else may be obtained, can be sold, and the Boyage made up by the Owner of said ship Sally first deducting one sixtieth for extra Shares.

James Bennett may have been the mate on the crew of George & Susan in 1817. That James was born in "Winsor" about 1784. He was very likely in the 1850 census in Windsor, CT, mariner, b. abt 1765 with wife Betsy.
There is a birth record for James Bennett in Windsor on 23 July 1785.
Reuben F. Coffin was likely the son of Samuel and Eunice (Folger) Coffin, b. 18 Mar 1793, Nantucket.(IGI) He married Sarah Barnard and d. 1 Aug 1856. The 1850 census lists him in Nantucket as a mariner.
Daniel Dunham may have been the son of Jethro and Lydia (Tilton) Dunham, b. 29 Mar 1786, Nantucket.(IGI) He m. Dorcas King 28 Dec 1816, Nantucket. He is in the 1850 census as a farmer in Nantucket.
Isaac N. Barker may have been the son of Robert and Ruth (Tucker) Barker, b. 25 Aug 1788, Dartmouth, MA. His birth record doesn't give a middle initial. There is an Isaac N. in Livonia, MI, in the 1850 Federal census, age 62, b. MA. He was a shoemaker. His wife Betsy, 51, was b. VT, and a son living with them, Isaac F., 23, was b. in NY.
