Samuel sold his real estate in 1710 to his sons Samuel, John, Joseph and Daniel. There are deeds for three of these transactions. He sold his house and pieces of land to his son Daniel on 3 February 1709/10. 23:233 This house still stands at 87 Hull Street. He sold the land on which Samuel, Jr., had his house to him and other parcels. John's deed either isn't indexed or wasn't recorded. He must have been given his grandfather's house on what is now Cabot Street across from the First Church, since his heirs sold their rights to it to John's son-in-law Ebenezer Ellinwood.
