Anna died after 22 August 1726, when she, her children and a son-in-law acknowledged a deed in which they sold a homestead and common rights in Wenham.1 It was surely owned by John Edwards, Sr., maybe their own homestead, since they all had an interest in the property. For whatever reason they sold it, it may not be a coincidence that John, the only surviving son, had just turned 21.
