the oath of fidelity at Beverly, 3 Dec 1677 ECQC, 6:400 William and Benjamin Browne, heirs of William Browne, Esq., sell their right to land given to their father by execution on 19 December 1684, delivered by Marshall Francis Skerry. Sixteen and a half acres in Wenham in two pieces, fifteen and a half south of Ezekiel Woodward's house and one north of the house next to widow Maxie. 2 September 1695, 50:35. £55, 13 sh.
