On 24 February 1639/40, "Henry Neal of Mount Woollystone [Wollaston, now Braintree and Quincy, MA], for 3 heads [three members in his family], [was granted] 12 acres there, upon the covenant of 3s. p. [shillings per] acre." The "covenant" wasn't found.1 Martha was buried on 23 July 16532
