11 March1655/56, General Court of Trials, Warwick, James Sweet was on the jury replacing Thomas Roberts. Ezekiel Holliman was a magistrate present and one of the defendants in a case was John "Gariardy," also called "Gereardy," who was Holliman's step-daughter's husband but more importantly, James Sweet's aunt's husband. It appears potential bias wasn't taken into account as it is now.
