Samuel's house still stands on Hull Street, built about 1680, according to the Beverly Tercentennial booklet. This must be the land, if not one of the buildings that was on it, he inherited from his father. If so, the house may have been built after 1694. His estate was probated 5 July 1714, as seen in Essex County Probate file #6382.
