This is likely the signature of Thomas How, Jr., as witness to the will of his brother Jonathan

Owned the covenant at the Wenham church on 10 June 1715.1 24 March 1716/17 he was admitted to full communion.2 on 14 April 1717 he was dismissed from the Wenham church to the one in Marlborough.3

vital records sources: Thomas' birth and death dates are from Vital records of Marlborough, Massachusetts, to the end of the year 1849 (Worcester, MA: Franklin P. Rice, 1908), 108, 369 (death date taken from his gravestone). His marriage intentions are in Vital Records of Wenham, Massachusetts, to the end of the year 1849 (Salem, MA: Essex Institute, 1904), 132 (intentions first published on 3 April, certificate to allow marriage given on 26 April). A pre-nuptial agreement involving real estate between Thomas How, Sr., and Capt. Thomas Fiske of Wenham, the latter of whom was Rebecca's guardian, is recorded in Essex Co. deed 41:232, 23 March 1715. The marriage isn't in extant records.
